America the Birdiful

It's been a turbulent year and a torrid summer, but still in America we have much to enjoy and much for which we are grateful. The Fourth of July is a day set aside to stock our coolers and stoke our grills, celebrate our freedom, and also appreciate our beautiful American landscape and all of those with whom we share it.

Let's be honest birders. Today, when we're outside talking with friends and family, tending the BBQ, or enjoying some 118 degree heat, we'll have one eye on the sky. Not just for the fireworks, but for whoever else happens to be flying by. Our beautiful birds are part of our American heritage, so why not include them with a bit of good ol' American nostalgia!?
