Thirty-four years ago today, while the world mourned the passing of the King of Rock and Roll, little ol' me took my first breaths of mortal existence. Depending on your beliefs about reincarnation, the King may indeed still be alive...in me!

Happy Birthday to you! Love the collection of photos. It's hard to pick a favorite but I am partial to the nighthawk. I'm glad you were born and so are the birds. Here's to many more birdy and birding birthdays! I hope you have a great one this year!
